I want to be sure we cater to your day the best way possible. To ensure we do this, I ask that you fill out and submit a wedding questionnaire. It's lengthy, but it truly does help me get the best idea for how your day will go.

Please submit this no later than one week prior to your wedding date. This way if we need to set up a Zoom call and chat about your timeline, we have time to do so. I will give my suggestions, however it is ultimately your decision.
